Black leather and clear PVC Kelly style bag

A chic Kelly style bag Suarez in New York, made in Italy. I purchased this bag in the 90s. It has a lock and key and a detachable leather shoulder strap. The bag measures 12 inches wide by 9 inches tall and 4 inches deep. In very good condition with 1 scratch on the top of the bag that is barely noticeable (see picture).  It comes with a dust bag that does not match the manufacturer, but will keep it tidy in your closet!
