Incredible Hand Made Russian Rope Chain Necklace

A wonderful vintage thick hand made rope chain from Russia, heavy and bold. Unmarked sterling silver this chain is continuous and does not have a clasp. It slips over the head. Measuring 30 inches long and half an inch wide, it weighs 71.43 g. this necklace represents an enormous amount of hand work as each link is soldered closed. This is not a machine made piece.
