Incredibly Rare German Opening Hand “My Secret” Pendant

this incredible piece has an enamel cuff with the words "Mein Geheimnis” which in German means “my secret.”By pressing a small button at the tip of the thumb, the hand opens up to reveal a tiny enamel heart. There is a tiny flea bite in the enamel above the word Mein but otherwise it is perfect. The piece is signed DRGM for "Deutches Reichsgebrauchsmuster” which refers to a German industrial patent or registered design mark. Jewlery bearing this mark was frequently produced by Schreiber & Hiller in Pforzheim between 1920 and 1940. this marvelous little treasure measures just over 1 1/2 inches including the ring at the top and it weighs 4.43 g
