Medium Simple Vintage Silver Heart Pendant

A lovely, simple vintage plain sterling silver heart marked sterling on the back. This lovely piece measures 1 3/8 inches including the ring and it weighs 3.96 g. Not a locket, it is hard to find these simple puffed hearts.
