Solid 10K Gold Monogramed Puffy Heart Pendant

Perfect semi solid (but not cased or gold filled) 10 karat gold puffy heart pendant with beautiful patina and rich color. it is engraved with a monogram that appears to be MC and is surrounded by a repousse scroll pattern. The reverse is plain. The pendant measures 30 mm including bail by 23 mmwide. It weighs 4.28 grams.
