The friendship between iconic designer Halston and jewelry legend Elsa Peretti was one of the most legendary partnerships in 20th century fashion. Beginning in the late 1960s as a model-muse relationship, it evolved into a deep bond and symbiotic creative collaboration that defined the glamorous era of Studio 54. Peretti would go on to design for Tiffany’s with this year marking the 40th anniversary of the Perretti Tiffany partnership.
