Vintage 18k Sapphire and Diamond Gypsy Ring with Flat Top

amazing vintage gypsy ring with with large oval sapphire and two round diamonds. The sapphire measures 8 mm x 6.5 mm and the diamonds are approximately 5 mm each, 40 points each estimated. The ring is unmarked but tests as 18 karat gold and is a size 8.25. It can be sized slightly up or down. The ring weighs 11.67 grams
